Ready-to-Ship Wigs
You may request a return for our Ready-to-Ship lines within 72 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivered scan). Items must be brand-new with lace 100% intact, in its original form, and all original packaging. Customer pays tracked return shipping.

You'll also need to fill our authorization form after making payment for a luxe unit. Failure to do so within 24hours of payment will result in a refund of your money.

All wigs can be worn glueless. Comes with an elastic band for extra grip.

Lace comes uncut.

Varies based on wear and care. Generally up to 3 years for our premium virgin hairs and 5 years plus for our raw hairs.
