Cancellation policy
1) Purchase Options
Femme Diva Hair offers the following purchase options depending on the item:
A. Ready-to-Ship Items
These items are already made and ship within the processing time shown on the product page.
B. Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items
These items are created after your order is placed. Processing times vary by product and will be stated on the product page (example: 7–21 business days). By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the stated processing timeframe.
C. Custom Orders
Custom orders include any request for changes such as custom coloring, special sizing, altered density, custom cut/layers, or any unit made specifically to your selections. Custom orders require extra handling and may have longer processing times, which will be communicated at checkout or by email.
2) Order Cancellations
We begin preparing your order quickly to maintain fast turnaround times. For that reason, cancellations are time-sensitive.
Ready-to-Ship Orders
- You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.
- After 2 hours, the order may already be processed/packed and cannot be cancelled.
Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Orders
- You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Custom Orders
- All custom orders are final sale once confirmed/processing begins and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded due to the personalized nature of the work.
- If you requested a custom order and want to cancel, you must contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may approve cancellation at our discretion.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email us as soon as possible with:
- Subject line: “CANCEL ORDER – [Your Order Number]”
- Your full name + order number
If your order has already entered processing or shipped, the cancellation request will be denied.
3) Changes to an Order
If you made an error (wrong length, cap size, address, etc.), contact us immediately.
- Ready-to-Ship: changes may be possible within 2 hours
- Pre-Order/Made-to-Order: changes may be possible within 24 hours
- After these windows, changes may not be possible due to processing/production.
Address Changes: If an order ships to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees or losses.
4) Refused Deliveries / Returned to Sender
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or failure to pick up the package:
- You are responsible for reshipping fees
- Processing timelines restart once reshipping is paid
5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage contacting us first so we can help resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes made for orders that were correctly processed, produced, and/or delivered may result in a ban from future purchases.
6) Policy Updates
Femme Diva Hair reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your order.
