Returns

Ready-to-Ship Wigs

You may request a return for our Ready-to-Ship lines within 72 hours of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivered scan). Items must be brand-new with lace 100% intact, in its original form, and all original packaging. Customer pays tracked return shipping.

Our luxe units are Final sale because of their custom nature.

You'll also need to fill our authorization form after making payment for a luxe unit. Failure to do so within 24hours of payment will result in a refund of your money.
