• Defects: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your order is defective.
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
• Not Accepted: Hair that has been brushed, washed, cut (including cut lace), styled, removed from the bundle, or chemically treated (colored, permed, lifted, rinsed, etc.) cannot be exchanged.
• Process: Defective items will be reviewed and, if verified, may be exchanged or replaced.

All wigs can be worn glueless. Comes with an elastic band for extra grip.

Lace comes uncut.
